Methodology

At eserp, we teach through practical, innovative methodologies that prepare students to successfully meet the real challenges of the professional world.

Active methodologies focused on professional success

At eserp, we understand that real learning happens through application. That is why our methodologies combine theory, practice and collaborative work to connect the classroom with the business world. The student does not simply learn concepts, but experiences them, debates them and turns them into real solutions.

Each programme is designed to encourage participation, critical thinking and decision-making through projects, case studies and professional simulations. This approach drives the development of transferable skills, which are essential for standing out in a changing and global labour market.

Which methodologies do we implement?

Business Model Canvas

Structured around nine elements, the Business Model Canvas makes it possible to design and shape a business model. It is an innovative business tool that helps to develop business ideas, collaborate on projects, test ideas and even monitor factors such as innovation and risk.

Agile Methodologies

Flexibility is the fundamental basis of this methodology. It focuses on adapting the way of working to the conditions of the project and shaping it according to the specific circumstances of the sector or market. It is a flexible and dynamic working methodology designed to respond to the needs of increasingly fast-changing professional contexts.

Simulation and Role-playing Methodology

The simulation and role-playing methodology recreates real-life situations so that students can practise professional skills in a safe environment. Through role-play, participants improve their communication, decision-making and problem-solving, achieving practical learning that is highly applicable to the workplace.

Making Presentations

Skills Stacking

The skills stacking methodology focuses on combining key knowledge and skills to turn professionals into highly valuable contributors in the workplace. In addition to gaining new strategic knowledge, this set of skills also supports professional and personal development and the discovery of new perspectives.

Flipped Class

With the flipped classroom methodology, we turn the traditional learning system on its head. Students prepare the content in advance before each session with the support of the virtual platform, while classroom time is prioritised for activities focused on interaction and participation.

Problem-based Learning

Learning through the search for complex solutions in groups, that is the foundation of the problem-based learning methodology. Presenting a complex problem to solve is the main driver that encourages student participation and motivation, while at the same time developing an essential soft skill: critical thinking.

Case Study

Through real case studies, we place students in current professional environments. It is a methodology based on learning by doing with a long history: it was created in 1914 at Harvard University and remains essential today for the development of strategic professional skills.
