At eserp, we believe in the power of collaboration between the academic world and industry. Through our network of partner companies, students have the opportunity to apply their knowledge in real-world settings, while organisations benefit from young, creative talent with an international outlook.
From the eserp Talent department, we manage the entire process of applying for and completing curricular and extracurricular internships in an agile and personalised way, ensuring that each collaboration becomes an enriching experience for both the student and the company.
We invite companies to join Eserp Job Portal, our exclusive employment platform. Here, you can find and connect with highly qualified professionals trained at our business school. Register your company and job vacancy on Eserp Job Portal and find the talent that will drive your company’s success.
Las curricular internships: They form part of the student’s course of study and function as a module that is compulsory. They are therefore part of the academic curriculum, are assessed and form part of the undergraduate student’s academic record.
Las extracurricular internships: Are those that undergraduate students may undertake voluntarily during their period of study. They do not form part of the curriculum and therefore do not affect the student’s mark within a specific programme.
Sí, it is the responsibility of the undergraduate student to find an internship opportunity and agree its working conditions with the company. There are two options:
The internship timetable is established according to the nature of the internship and the availability of the partner organisation. In all cases, it must be compatible with academic activity and may not exceed X hours per day or X hours per week during term time, and XX hours per day or X hours per week outside term time.
It is the official document or credential that validates the internship. This annex sets out the training project, the internship period and the conditions under which the internship will take place. It will be sent to the undergraduate student in triplicate so that it can be given to the company for signature by the organisation’s tutor and the student.
