Regulations for the CICA ESERP Mailbox / Ethical Mailbox

The values of eserp matter to all of us.

These should prevail and be applicable in the actions and decision-making processes of the various groups that form part of eserp.

It is the responsibility of students, participants, faculty, employees, and all third parties interacting with us to base their conduct and actions on these values.

The CICA Eserp Mailbox and the Ethical Mailbox are channels for communicating solely facts related to issues of harassment with CICA and/or reporting on misconduct (as outlined in Law 3/2023) at eserp.

Information Channels

At eserp, we provide community members and third parties with alternative internal communication channels that are part of a single internal information system.

CHANNEL The CICA Eserp Mailbox and the Ethical Mailbox are located on platforms contracted to an external provider, offering greater guarantees of security and confidentiality for informants.

What is the Ethical Mailbox?

The Ethical Channel is the confidential channel that eserp makes available to its entire community (students, faculty, employees, and third parties interacting with us) to:

  • Report potential violations of the Ethical Mailbox Regulations, the regulations developing it, or the law.

  • The Ethical Mailbox is the preferred internal channel that eserp makes available to people, its community, and third parties to report potential incidents related to the Ethical Mailbox Regulations, the regulations developing it, or the law. This Mailbox technically guarantees the confidentiality and integrity of communications.

  • The Ethical Mailbox complements and does not replace the usual communication channels of eserp with its employees, students, collaborators, and other third parties with whom it maintains a labor, academic, commercial, or professional relationship. In this sense, these channels for effectively resolving each case should be used, depending on the case, prior to the Ethical Mailbox.
How can I access the information channels?
  • You can access directly through the APP allowing you to report securely, quickly, 24/7, and attach all the support you consider necessary to substantiate your report.

  • Also, if you prefer, you can use email or a phone call directly with our external advisor of the Ethical Mailbox.
CICA

The CICA, or Information and Prevention Center for Harassment Cases and its Protocol, aims to contribute to compliance with current laws, preventing and combating harassment in any of its forms.

It provides a model of internal procedures that serves as guidance and direction when such acts occur.

Its ultimate goal is to build a better society in which we act as responsible and informed citizens.
