Eserp has 28 classrooms with an exclusive computer room that allows different degrees to be taught at different times (there is also a laptop trolley to provide equipment to any classroom in the centre).

In all the classrooms the desks are movable, which allows the classroom to be adapted according to the needs required at any given time.

It should be noted that all the classrooms have touch screens of between 65‘ and 86’, and 15 of them (apart from the assembly hall) are Hybrid classrooms that have a streaming system with a double camera, an ambient audio system and a support screen for the delivery of this training, tools that will also be used in the live streaming training.

The Centre also has a laboratory in the Casp facilities for students of the Degree in Criminology, as well as common services in which we highlight the cofee-break space that eserp has in its facilities with a rest area with terrace available to students and teaching staff, as well as a medical-assistance service enabling a space within the reception of the centre in which is located the space reserved for the first aid kit and first aid utensils.

The Centre has different areas to provide services to students, including academic support, study coordination, job opportunities and career guidance, international mobility and administration.

Eserp provides students, alumni and teaching staff with access to the library and work centre..

The CRAI/Library at eserp is a resource centre for learning, research and activities related to higher education.

It is located on the eserp premises, spread across two buildings with capacity for at least 10% of the total student body at any one time. It has a surface area of 320.33 m2 and is open Monday to Friday from 8am to 10pm, for a total of 70 hours per week.

The characteristics of this resource centre are detailed below, along with data on its intended use and potential use.

The eserp facilities include an auditorium. The versatility of this space, with an area of 120.71 m2, allows for the organisation of conferences, lectures, seminars, book presentations and any other academic or educational event for the common use of all students.

The centre has offices and specific areas for teaching staff and student services distributed throughout the CASP and Girona facilities and on their different floors.

The teaching staff/tutorial offices are listed below, for the proper management of the academic responsibilities of teachers with regard to students.

This service aims to provide psychological support to students who, throughout their training at ESERP, require specific support and monitoring to promote their well-being and adequate academic performance.

Personalised support is offered, where, based on an individual assessment of those aspects that affect adaptation to university life and/or the achievement of expected learning outcomes, the support needs of the student are identified in order to define a support plan.

What are its functions?

• Providing support for socio-emotional difficulties and referring students to external professionals when necessary (psychological problems, adaptation to university life, motivation and time management, etc.).
• Assist and advise students in situations of stress and anxiety.
• Conduct workshops on topics related to the needs of ESERP students.
• Develop accessible support material for ESERP students on topics of interest for their academic and socio-emotional development.
• Inform and advise teaching staff and academic coordinators to ensure equality for students with special educational needs or in cases where a differentiated approach is required in the academic process.
