Our curriculum includes core subjects such as Legal Informatics, Communication and Argumentation Techniques, Criminal Law, Political Economy and Public Finance, European Union Law and Information Technology Law. Visits to key institutions: you will take part in visits to the European Commission and the Barcelona Bar Association (Ilustre Colegio de la Abogacía de Barcelona) and other relevant bodies.
Practical communication training: practical training in core legal communication skills such as oral expression, legal argumentation and negotiation techniques applied to real cases.
Innovative experiential learning: simulations of mediation and arbitration in real legal environments to practice alternative dispute resolution methods.

University Master's Degree: Access to the Legal Profession (Abogacía y Procura)

Continue your legal training by enrolling in our University Master's Degree in Access to the Legal Profession after completing your bachelor's or double degree. This master's has been awarded in the category of Training in the V Edition of the National De Ley Siglo XXI Awards (2020) and prepares you to successfully pass the national access examination and practise as a lawyer or court agent across Spain.

Admissions process for the Bachelor's Degree in Law in Barcelona

Documentation

To access the university degree taught at ESERP Barcelona it is necessary to perform the university pre-registration via the portal universitats.gencat.cat within the corresponding deadlines. Enrollment will be formalised at ESERP once a place has been obtained through pre-registration.

University pre-registration code for the Bachelor in Law in Barcelona: 91053.

To formalise enrolment at ESERP you must submit the following documentation to the school's academic secretary:

Printed and completed enrolment application form.
Copy of national ID / passport.
Official document proving the access pathway.
2 photographs.
Proof / receipt of payment of registration fee.

Enrolment for elective studies or programmes established in partnership with national or foreign universities will be arranged and paid for separately.

Access pathways

Applicants may access the degree if they meet any of the following:

University entrance exams (PAU / Selectividad).
Higher vocational qualifications (CFGS / FPII) or equivalent degrees.
University entrance tests for over-25s.
University entrance tests for over-45s.
Be over 40 with professional or work experience.
Students from foreign education systems.
Access with officially started university studies with a minimum of 30 recognised credits.
Official University Degree (Graduate, Diploma, Licentiate or equivalent).
