Skills stacking: what do we mean?

Skills Stacking sessions encourage the development of multiple skills which, when combined, create a distinctive competitive advantage and support success in demanding professional contexts and highly competitive environments. Building new capabilities through the application of proven methodologies provides the essential knowledge needed to lead complex, multidisciplinary workplaces. Through our Skills Stacking sessions, you will develop a powerful combination of skills that sets you apart, by strengthening the seven pillars of this model: Critical Thinking, Business Acumen, Active Learning, Professional Skills, Self-management and Growth, Design Skills and Problem Solving. All of this is delivered through sessions with professionals and employers that form part of the eserp ecosystem.

PMO – Project Management Office

Enables experts to support you throughout the entire process of shaping, reflecting on and delivering your professional project through the Project Management Office. Everything is overseen by the academic coordinator, a PMO advisor and a supervisor—from the conception of the idea through to its defence. This model is based on business standards and provides training, resources and support to manage strategic, tactical or operational projects, using a methodology adapted by experts for Master's and MBA programmes. It is a way of complementing the learning experience that sets us apart from other general management and strategic leadership master's degrees, through which you will develop competencies such as:

Admissions

Admissions process

Documentation

Application form. Photographs. Photocopy of your national ID (both sides). Entry-route documentation.

Admissions assessments

Interview with the Admissions Department and/or the programme coordinator, if required.

Decision

Admissions decision / Confirmation of admission to the programme.

Registration / Enrolment

Once admission has been confirmed, the applicant must pay the enrolment fee and complete the required documentation.

Price

Prices and payment methods for students

€12,200.00

First payment: €1,800.

Remaining academic year: 10 monthly instalments, financed directly by eserp, interest-free, from October to July of €1,040.

5% early payment discount.

Certificate issuance costs and degree-awarding fees are not included.
If the student pays the full programme at a price different from that shown on the website (due to scholarships or financial support), the early payment discount will be 5% of the final amount payable.
The 5% early payment discount will also apply to students who, after paying the registration fee, decide to pay the remaining balance of the programme before it starts. In this case, the discount is applied to the outstanding amount due.
Master's programme eligible for FUNDAE (Tripartite Foundation) training credits.
