Core Modules: Fundamentals of Business Management:

FUNDAMENTALS OF BUSINESS MANAGEMENT:
Global and Local Economy. Technological advances, shifting global trade patterns and geopolitical tensions are driving rapid change across both the global economy and countries’ local and regional economies. Throughout this module, students will develop an understanding of how regional and global markets operate, as well as the core concepts that shape today’s business operations.
International Business Strategy. «Increasing openness and interdependence between countries» could be a simple definition of globalisation. This module provides students with a theoretical and practical understanding of how business strategy can be developed in light of external and internal conditions, with a strong emphasis on the international context.
Innovation and Disruption. This module equips students with core principles in disruption processes and strategies, combining cutting-edge research, current business trends, case studies and group projects. It also introduces design thinking concepts as approaches to tackling the innovation challenge and integrating the disruption process.
Leadership, Team Management and Corporate Social Responsibility. This module explores the core principles of leadership and CSR, with a strong focus on practical application. It provides a comprehensive understanding of leadership dynamics and the knowledge required to lead and manage teams effectively across a range of professional settings.
Corporate Governance. The concept of corporate governance is specifically concerned with the regulation of management, finance, compliance and related areas within an organisation. This module is designed to deepen understanding of governance issues in business and how, as a multidisciplinary field, it is not only a complement to other modules but also a core tool for achieving an organisation’s strategic objectives.
Corporate Communications, Equality and Sustainability in Business. Corporate communications professionals play a key role in how organisations are perceived by the public. Through case studies, students will put into practice media relations management and reputational crisis management, as well as equality and sustainability strategies for business—vital to brand image today.
Statistics and Data Analysis. In today’s competitive landscape, organisations leverage data as a core asset to drive innovation and strategic decision-making. This module will help participants understand the fundamentals of data analysis, with a strong focus on its application in business scenarios, enabling them to make data-driven decisions to improve organisational performance.
IT Tools for Business. The aim of this module is to help students understand the evolution and application of new technologies and how they are reshaping product and service markets, business models, organisational structures and relationships between organisations and their customers.
Entrepreneurship. Starting a business requires the right mindset and specific preparation. This module will provide students with the knowledge needed to better understand business models and how to apply both hard skills and soft skills to launch their own ventures successfully.

Business and Commercial Management. This module is designed to help you identify your company’s core objectives, carry out strategic market analysis and develop actions and strategies to achieve them. FB
Consulting 101. Businesses are looking for new ways to compete and innovate, and this is where consultants can support them by offering tailored advice and expertise. This module aims to introduce you to the work of business consultants and identify the skills you will need to pursue a career in consulting. FB
Legal and Tax Fundamentals for Business. This module covers core legal concepts to support the understanding of business transactions, including contract drafting and dispute resolution processes. It also examines different regulatory frameworks, with particular attention to how the legal system seeks to respond to the challenges of globalisation for business. FB
Corporate Finance and Investment Management. This module will cover the fundamentals of corporate finance, progressing to financial and strategic analysis of investment opportunities and risk mitigation. FB
Procurement and Supply Chain Management. The aim of this module is to provide a basic overview of how logistics and supply chain management operate within a business, enabling you to critically analyse how these concepts can be applied across a range of industries and organisations. FB

PMO – Project Management Office

Get expert support throughout the full process of defining, reflecting on and delivering your professional project through the Project Management Office. Everything is overseen by the Academic Coordinator, a PMO adviser and a supervisor—from shaping the initial idea through to the final defence. This model is based on business standards and provides training, resources and guidance to manage strategic, tactical or operational projects, using an expert-adapted methodology for Master’s and MBA programmes. Admissions process

Required documentation

Application form. Photographs. Photocopy of your National ID (both sides). Entry-route documentation.

Admissions assessments

Interview with the Admissions Office and/or the Programme Coordinator, if required.

Decision

Admissions decision / confirmation of admission to the programme.

Enrolment / Registration

Once admission has been confirmed, the applicant must pay the registration fee and complete the required documentation.

Price

Prices and payment methods for students

€12,200.00

First payment: €1,800.

Remainder of the academic year: 10 monthly instalments, financed directly by Eserp, interest-free, from October to July, of €1,040.

5% early-payment discount.

Awarding fees are not included.
If the student pays the full programme fee at a price different from that shown on the website (due to the application of scholarships or financial support), the early-payment discount will be 5% of the final amount payable.
