Our Skills Stacking sessions encourage you to develop a range of abilities that, when combined, create a distinct competitive advantage and support success in professional roles and highly competitive environments. Building new skills through applied methodologies provides the essential knowledge needed to lead complex, multidisciplinary workplaces. Through our Skills Stacking sessions, you will gain a combined skill set that sets you apart by developing the 7 skills that underpin this model: Critical Thinking, Business Acumen, Active Learning, Professional Skills, Self-management and Growth, Design Skills and Problem Solving. PMO – Project Management Office

The PMO is the project management office where, from day one, you will design your real Company Project or Business Plan. You will not work alone: you will be supported throughout by the academic coordinator, a PMO Advisor and a supervisor, from defining the idea through to presenting it to the assessment panel.

Through working sessions, templates, tools and continuous feedback, you will apply a professional project management methodology to turn your final project into a genuine consultancy or entrepreneurship experience.

Thanks to the PMO, you will be able to:

Develop a robust business project, market-oriented and focused on real decision-making.
Learn to plan and deliver through milestones, coordinating teamwork effectively.
Improve your key competencies: strategic vision, communication, leadership, time management and economic-financial viability analysis.

We focus on the tools that are driving a 360° shift across all sectors, including—of course—strategic project leadership and management. During Artificial Intelligence Week, the most cutting-edge AI topics will be covered so you can apply them when making strategic decisions. You will also discover how to use AI within key software for your business projects, and you will explore the ethical implications and responsible use of these new tools.

Admissions

Admissions process

Documentation

Admissions assessments

Interview with the admissions team and/or the programme coordinator, if required.

Decision

Admissions decision / Notification of admission to the programme.

Registration / enrolment

Once admission has been confirmed, the applicant must pay the enrolment fee and complete the required documentation.

Price

Prices and payment methods for students

€12,200.00

First payment: €1,800.

Remainder of the academic year: 10 monthly instalments, financed directly by eserp with no interest, from October to July, of €1,040.

5% early payment discount.

Qualification award fees not included.
If the student pays the full programme fee at a price different from that shown on the website (due to the application of scholarships or financial support), the early payment discount will be 5% of the final amount payable.
The 5% early payment discount will also apply to students who, after paying the registration fee, choose to pay the remaining programme fee before the programme starts. In this case, the discount is applied to the outstanding balance.
This master's programme is eligible for FUNDAE (Tripartite Foundation) training subsidies.
