What are the Welcome Days at eserp?

The Welcome Days are a series of introductory days organized at the start of the academic year for new students. Their purpose is to facilitate the integration of students into the university community through activities like:

Introductory workshops and seminars on key skills and professional development.

Core modules: Fundamentals of Business Management:

Discover the core principles of business management and understand how they underpin the success of any organisation. An essential module for those aiming to lead in marketing and business.

FUNDAMENTALS OF BUSINESS MANAGEMENT:
Global and Local Economics. Technological progress, shifting patterns in global trade and geopolitical tensions are driving rapid change across both the global economy and countries’ local and regional economies. Throughout this module, students will gain an understanding of how regional and global markets operate, as well as the core concepts shaping today’s business operations.
International Business Strategy. «The increasing openness and interdependence between countries» could be a simple definition of globalisation. This module gives students a theoretical and practical understanding of how business strategy can be formulated in light of external and internal conditions, with a particular emphasis on the international context.
Innovation and Disruption. This module equips students with core fundamentals in disruptive processes and strategies, combining cutting-edge research, current business trends, case studies and group projects. It also introduces design thinking as an approach to tackling the innovation challenge and supporting the integration of disruption processes.
Leadership, Team Management and Corporate Social Responsibility. This module explores the core principles of leadership and CSR, with a strong focus on practical application. It provides a comprehensive understanding of leadership dynamics and the knowledge required to lead and manage teams effectively across a range of professional settings.
Corporate Governance. The concept of corporate governance is specifically concerned with the regulation of management, finance, compliance and related areas within an organisation. This module is designed to deepen understanding of governance issues in business and how, as a multidisciplinary field, it is not only a complement to other modules, but also a fundamental tool for achieving organisational objectives.
Corporate Communications, Equality and Sustainability in Business. Corporate communications professionals play a crucial role in how organisations are perceived by the public. Through case studies, students will put into practice media management and reputation crisis handling, as well as equality and sustainability strategies for business—now essential to brand image.
Statistics and Data Analysis. In today’s highly competitive landscape, organisations use data as a core asset to drive innovation and strategic decision-making. This module will help participants understand the fundamentals of data analysis, with a strong focus on business applications, enabling data-informed decisions to improve organisational performance.
Business IT Tools. The aim of this module is to help students understand the evolution and application of new technologies and how they are reshaping product and service markets, business models, organisational structures and relationships between organisations and their customers.
Entrepreneurship. Starting a business requires a particular mindset and preparation. This module equips students with the knowledge required to better understand entrepreneurial business models and how to use both hard skills and soft skills to launch successful projects.

MARKETING MANAGEMENT:
Marketing Plan and Brand Development. In this module, you will explore the key elements of building a brand for your project, and the right marketing strategy to ensure cost-effective actions and a strong return on investment.
Marketing Intelligence. The phrase «information is power» has never been truer than it is today, when markets and consumer behaviour can change in the blink of an eye. The success of any business project will depend largely on knowing where to find data on our customers and the competition, and how to leverage it to maximise results.
Social Media Strategy and Digital Marketing. Both emerging projects and established organisations can seize the opportunities offered by digital channels and social media. Students will gain the knowledge required to harness the power of different digital platforms and social channels to deliver successful marketing.
Inbound Marketing. Through this module, students will explore the full potential of inbound marketing—a customer-centric approach that relies on experience and engagement to create value for brands, services and products.
Digital Operations Management. Organisations are adopting a range of technologies—from artificial intelligence to automation—to remain competitive and meet changing consumer needs. This digital revolution goes beyond updating software; it is also about embracing innovation and staying agile in a constantly evolving environment.
Consumer Behaviour and Neuromarketing. Drawing on disciplines such as psychology and economics, neuromarketing examines how and why consumers think and behave the way they do. In this module, students will appreciate the importance of considering consumers and users throughout the strategy design process.

PMO – Project Management Office

Let experts support you throughout the full process of shaping, reflecting on and delivering your professional project through the Project Management Office. Everything is overseen by the Academic Coordinator, a PMO advisor and a supervisor—from the initial concept through to your final presentation and defence. This model is based on business standards and provides training, resources and support to manage strategic, tactical or operational projects, using a methodology adapted by experts for Master’s and MBA programmes. Prices and payment methods for students

€12,200.00

Initial payment: €1,800.

Remaining Academic Year: 10 monthly installments, financed directly by eserp, interest-free, from October to July at €1,040 each

-5% discount for early payment

Title issuance fees not included.
In case the student pays for the entire program at a price different from the one indicated on the web (due to the application of scholarships or aids), the early payment discount will be 5% off the final payable price.
The 5% early payment discount will also apply to those students who, after paying the registration fee, decide to pay for the rest of the program before its start. In this case, the discount is applied to the remaining amount.
The Master's is included in the Tripartite Foundation bonus programs.
