    Specialisations:

    The master’s offers three specialisation pathways that enable students to direct their professional development towards key areas of today’s business management. The Marketing specialisation explores the operational and strategic management of digital marketing, innovation in branding, and global trends in communication and brand positioning. The Business Development in International Environments pathway focuses on global business leadership, international financial risk management, and driving entrepreneurship in digital markets. Meanwhile, the Human Resources specialisation addresses digital talent transformation, business ethics and sustainability, diversity management and internal communications, providing students with a strategic and human-centred approach to people leadership.     The master’s programme structures a learning process focused on integrated business management, based on the progressive development of knowledge, skills and competencies that are applicable to the global business environment. In terms of knowledge, the programme combines theoretical depth with methodological breadth, ensuring a strong understanding of key economic, strategic and organisational foundations. Regarding skills and competencies, it promotes the development of cognitive, creative, technical and communication capabilities that drive problem-solving and innovation in complex contexts. Finally, the competencies component focuses on connecting academic learning with professional practice, strengthening students’ ability to act with leadership, ethical judgement and strategic vision in today’s business landscape.

    Entry requirements

    General admission requirements:

    You can apply for a university master’s if you have:

    • An official Spanish university qualification, regardless of level and duration.
    • A qualification awarded by a higher education institution in another EHEA member state, which in the awarding country grants access to master’s-level study.
    • A non-EHEA foreign university qualification, without the need for official recognition (homologation), at a level equivalent to an official state university degree and which grants access to postgraduate studies in the country of origin.
    • In addition to the general entry requirements, each master’s programme has specific admission requirements and selection criteria.

    Admission requirements:

    To be admitted to the Master’s, applicants must meet one of the following conditions:

    • Hold an official university qualification that includes learning outcomes aligned with degrees in marketing, commerce, business, business administration, economics, labour relations, labour sciences or any closely related field.
      Applicants who cannot evidence knowledge of quantitative techniques (statistics and quantitative methods) must complete 12 ECTS credits of bridging modules.
    • If you do not hold a qualification in these areas but have professional experience of at least 3 years in business management and/or leadership, and/or positions of responsibility in departments directly linked to business, marketing, organisational management or similar areas. Depending on the professional CV evidenced, you may be required to complete up to 12 ECTS credits of bridging modules.
    • Applicants must evidence at least B2-level English (CEFR). eserp will organise a level test for candidates who cannot provide official evidence.
