Common Modules: Fundamentals of Business Management:

FUNDAMENTALS OF BUSINESS MANAGEMENT:
Global and local economy The technological advance, changing patterns of global trade, and geopolitical tensions are driving rapid changes in both the global economy and the local and regional economies of countries. Throughout this module, students will understand the functioning of regional and global markets, as well as the basic concepts that shape current business operations.
International business strategy “The growing openness and interdependence between countries” could be a simple definition of globalization. The module provides students with a theoretical and practical understanding of how business strategy can be formulated in light of external and internal conditions, with an emphasis on the international context.
Innovation and disruption This module equips students with basic knowledge of disruption processes and strategies, combining cutting-edge research, current business trends, case studies, and group projects. The module also introduces students to design thinking concepts as solutions to the innovation challenge and integration of disruption processes.
Leadership, team management, and corporate social responsibility This module delves into the crucial principles of leadership and CSR, emphasizing practical applications. It provides a comprehensive understanding of leadership dynamics and the knowledge required to effectively lead and manage teams in diverse professional environments.
Corporate governance The concept of corporate governance is specifically designed for the regulation of management, finance, compliance, and related areas of a company. The module aims to enhance understanding of governance issues in business and, as a multidisciplinary area, it is not only a complement to other subjects but also a fundamental tool for achieving corporate objectives.
Corporate communication, equality, and business sustainability Corporate communication professionals play a key role in how organizations are perceived by the public. Through case studies, students will practice media management and reputational crisis handling, as well as equality and sustainability strategies vital for brand image today.
Statistics and data analysis In the current competitive landscape, companies leverage data as a key asset to drive innovation and strategic decisions. This module will help participants understand the fundamentals of data analysis with a strong focus on business applications, enabling them to make data-driven decisions to enhance organizational performance.
Business software tools The goal of this module is to help students understand the evolution and application of new technologies and how they are reshaping product and service markets, business models, organizational structures, and relationships between organizations and their clients.
Entrepreneurship Entrepreneurship requires a specific mindset and preparation, so this module will provide students with the knowledge needed to better understand business models and how to use both hard skills and soft skills to successfully launch their own projects.

Business and Commercial Management. Module designed to help you identify your company’s core objectives, carry out strategic market analysis and develop actions and strategies to achieve them. FB
Consultancy 101. Businesses are looking for new ways to compete and innovate, and this is where consultants can help by offering tailored advice and expertise. This module aims to introduce you to the work of management consultants and identify the competencies you will need to pursue a career in consultancy. FB
Legal and Tax Fundamentals for Businesses. This module covers core legal concepts to support the understanding of business transactions, such as drafting contracts and dispute resolution processes. It also explores different regulations, with particular focus on how the legal system seeks to respond to the challenges of globalisation for business. FB
Corporate Finance and Investment Management. This module focuses on the fundamentals of corporate finance, progressing to the financial and strategic analysis of investment opportunities and risk mitigation. FB
Procurement and Supply Chain Management. The aim of this module is to provide a foundational overview of how logistics and supply chain management operate within a business, enabling you to critically analyse how these concepts can be applied across a range of industries and organisations. FB

MARKETING MANAGEMENT:
Marketing Planning and Brand Development. This module explores the key aspects of brand creation for your project and the appropriate marketing strategy to ensure the profitability of marketing activities and a strong return on investment.
Marketing Intelligence. The phrase «information is power» has never been more accurate than it is today, when markets and consumer behaviour can change in the blink of an eye. The success of any business project will largely depend on knowing where to find data about our customers and the competition, as well as how to leverage it to maximise our success.
Social Media Strategy and Digital Marketing. Both start-up projects and established businesses can take advantage of the opportunities offered by digital channels and social media. Students will gain the knowledge required to harness the power of a range of digital platforms and social media to deliver successful marketing.
Inbound Marketing. Through this module, the student will explore the full potential of inbound marketing, a customer-centric approach that relies on experience and engagement to create value for brands, services and products.
Digital Operations Management. Businesses are adopting a wide range of technologies, from artificial intelligence to automation, in order to remain competitive and meet the evolving needs of consumers. This digital revolution goes beyond software upgrades; it is also about embracing innovation and staying agile in a constantly evolving environment.
Consumer Behaviour and Neuromarketing. Drawing on disciplines such as psychology and economics, neuromarketing examines how and why consumers think and behave as they do. In this module, students will gain an appreciation of the importance of considering consumers and users in the strategy design process.

PMO – Project Management Office

It allows experts to guide you through the entire process of planning, reflection, and execution of your professional project thanks to the Project Management Office. Everything is supervised by the Academic Coordinator, a PMO advisor, and a supervisor, from the conception of the idea to its defense. This is a model based on business standards, providing training, resources, and support to manage strategic, tactical, or operational projects, applying a methodology adapted by experts for Master’s and MBA programs. Enrolment / Registration

Once admission has been confirmed, the applicant must pay the enrolment fee and complete the required documentation.

Prices and payment methods for students

€16,100.00

First payment: €3,400.

Remainder of the Academic Year: 12 monthly instalments, financed directly by eserp, interest-free, from October to September, of €1,058.33.

5% early payment discount.

Award certificate issuance fees not included.
If the student pays the full programme fee at a price different from that shown on the website (due to scholarships or financial support), the early payment discount will be 5% of the final amount payable.
The 5% early payment discount will also apply to students who, after paying the enrolment fee, decide to pay the remaining balance of the programme before it starts. In this case, the discount is applied to the outstanding amount due.
Master’s programme eligible for subsidised training schemes via Fundación Tripartita.
