He is the Deputy Director of Castillo Hotel Son Vida (Mallorca). Previously he worked as the Director of Food and Drinks at Arabella Golf Hotel and as an Assistant in the same department at St. Regis Mardavall. Javier Hierro has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with graduate studies in Business and Hospitality.
