In 2006 I started my professional career in the academic field, as a research technician (Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona) and lecturer in several Criminology Degrees. During this period I carried out research stays at the University of Oxford and the University of the West Indies, and I obtained my PhD in Law and Criminology -qualified with Excellent Cum Laude and European Mention- at the Pompeu Fabra University. From 2014 to June 2017, I co-directed Minimize Risk & Compliance, a firm dedicated to advising, drafting and implementing corporate criminal risk prevention policies.
Currently, I combine my work as a lawyer at SOS Racisme Catalunya with consultancy work specialising in Criminal and Corporate Compliance, while continuing to teach at the International University of La Rioja and eserp.
