Human Resources
Human Resources Management professional with extensive experience in leading and developing all its management areas and specialties, gained through various responsibilities over more than 15 years in national and international companies in the energy, construction, water, services, cement industry, chemical and management consulting sectors. He has served as HR Manager at Acciona, Head of HR at Cementos Molins, and HR Project Manager at Origin (Phillips). He holds a degree in Economics, is a PhD candidate in Work and Organizational Psychology at the University of Barcelona (UB), and has completed a Master’s in Labor Relations at UB, a Master’s in HR Management at EADA, a Postgraduate degree in HR Management at ESADE, and the Executive Development Program at IESE Business School.
