He is a Human Resources professional with experience in international work environments, where he has held roles such as HR Director, HR Business Partner, and Strategic Consultant. He is currently the Head of People at DAZN Spain. Previously, he was the Head of HR for Iberia at PENTAX Medical, HR Business Partner at Biogen, Human Capital Consultant at Deloitte (specialising in talent, organisation, strategy, and HR transformation), and HR Generalist at Sandoz, a division of Novartis.
Academically, Ramón holds a Master’s in Human Resources from Centro Garrigues and has completed a programme in Design Thinking and Innovation at Harvard University.
