Rocío Gil is currently a partner at Andersen in the Criminal Litigation area of the Madrid office and coordinating director of the Corporate Compliance area at national level.
She is a specialist in economic and business criminal law, as well as in corporate criminal liability. She has extensive experience in economic crimes and crimes against workers’ rights.
In the teaching field, she is the director and lecturer of the Training Course for Compliance Officers in the pharmaceutical sector organised by Andersen and Farmaforum Formación and IQS, as well as lecturer on the Master’s Degree in Compliance at the European University of Valencia and in Economic Criminal Law at ISDE and eserp.
