    As part of your training, you will be able to gain the (APPC) with the Legal Tech & Future Law specialism, a certificate designed to broaden your understanding of business in an increasingly digital, technology-driven and global environment.

    This complementary programme is delivered through four practical bootcamps, where you will work with applied methodologies, real-world cases and activities focused on understanding how organisations and management models are evolving in the new economy.

    During the programme, you will explore five key areas that are reshaping business management:

    • AI law and algorithmic governance.
    • Legal data analytics and digital evidence.
    • ESG, compliance and responsible corporate law.
    • Blockchain, smart contracts and digital ownership.
    • legal leadership and legal strategy.

    The APPC adds an extra layer of professional specialisation, linking academic learning with the skills employers currently demand and strengthening your profile for career progression pathways in an increasingly technology-led and international labour market.

    Professional Placement

    Law is best understood through practical experience. For this reason, you will undertake a professional placement in law firms, in-house legal departments, public bodies and NGOs, among other organisations.

    These placements will enable you to apply the knowledge acquired in lectures to real cases, participate in legal proceedings, provide legal advice, draft documentation and contribute to dispute resolution. In addition, they will help you build a professional network and develop confidence within the legal sector, strengthening your graduate employability.

    Admissions process for the Law degree in Barcelona

    Documentation

    To apply for the Bachelor's Degree (Hons) in Law delivered at eserp Barcelona, applicants must complete the university pre-registration process via the portal universitats.gencat.cat within the published deadlines and in line with the relevant UCAS entry requirements equivalency. Enrolment will be formalised at eserp’s campus once a place has been secured through the university pre-registration process.

    To complete enrolment at eserp, the following documentation must be submitted to the Academic Registry Office:
