Admission requirements for undergraduate degrees in Madrid

To apply for an undergraduate degree delivered at eserp Madrid, you must complete the university pre-enrolment process via the Madrid Single Admissions District within the relevant deadlines, selecting eserp as your first choice. Enrolment will be completed on eserp premises after you have secured your place through the university pre-enrolment process.

You must submit ONE SINGLE APPLICATION.

You can apply to more than one university, as pre-enrolment is compatible across both public and private universities, as well as centres within and outside your autonomous community.

Find eserp by searching under URJC (we appear as an affiliated centre with a subheading that indicates eserp).

To be admitted to eserp, in addition to submitting the online application, you must request—before the end of the pre-enrolment period—a document confirming admission to this centre. This must be uploaded on the Madrid Single Admissions District website under DOCUMENTATION.

Register to obtain a password.
Complete all details.
Select a route of entry.
Studies to apply for: Complete all the fields you consider necessary in order of preference. If you choose eserp, you must select us as an option (we appear in the list).
Confirm the pre-enrolment.
Save or print your pre-enrolment receipt and the pre-enrolment confirmation if it has been validated.
Upload the confirmation using the DOCUMENTATION button in the top bar.
Email the receipt to eserp together with the rest of the documents required to complete your enrolment.

Copy of your national ID card / passport.
Official document confirming your route of entry (VET qualification certificate, university entrance exam certificate, or recognised equivalent International Baccalaureate / upper secondary qualification).
2 photographs.
Proof of payment of the enrolment fee.
Enrolments for optional studies or programmes established in association with national or international universities must be completed and paid for separately.

University entrance examinations (PAU).
Selectividad.
Higher VET qualification holders (CFGS and FP II) or equivalent qualifications.
University entrance examinations for applicants aged 25+.
University entrance examinations for applicants aged 45+.
Applicants aged 40+ with relevant professional or work experience.
Applicants from international education systems, a recognised International Baccalaureate, or UNED entrance examinations.
An official university qualification: bachelor’s degree, diploma, licentiate or equivalent.
