She is currently Head of the Human Resources Department of the company TIRME. She has extensive knowledge of social and labour legislation at national level. In addition, she is a technical advisor in Human Resources in several companies and has extensive experience in auditing international certifications: Quality, Ohsas, Social Responsibility, Family Responsible Company. For the last 2 years she has been participating in the working group in AENOR, CTN314 to develop the ISO HR.
