At eserp, research is a priority and a key driver of knowledge creation and dissemination, helping to advance the cultural, economic, technological and social development of our community. That is why eserp is committed to high-quality scientific research with real impact, encouraging the specialisation and interdisciplinarity needed among our academic staff.
To achieve this, eserp has a Research Observatory that supports academic staff in dedicating time to research and promotes participation in competitive research projects, publication in indexed journals and in scientific books and book chapters, as well as the presentation of papers and communications at national and international conferences.
The Research Observatory works across a range of research lines within the social, economic and legal sciences. It is made up of researchers from eserp’s Barcelona and Madrid campuses, who take part in research groups and projects, both internal and funded through competitive calls.
To support this work, eserp offers a research incentives plan designed to promote and facilitate research activity among academic staff, encouraging engagement in research tasks and disseminating the results achieved. In addition, eserp provides its researchers with the spaces and material resources needed to carry out their research activity.
