What lies behind the silence on social media? In this session of the Criminology Experience Day, Dr Adrián Rubio Sánchez, lecturer on the Bachelor’s (Hons) degree in criminology, invites attendees to solve one of the most high-profile cases: the disappearance of Nala Richita. Behind the glamour of her links to luxury brands, participants will uncover a network of evidence that contradicts the official narrative. Through this immersive workshop, novice investigators will have to confront a precisely recreated crime scene, where the analysis of fingerprints and physical evidence will be crucial to uncovering the mystery.

Throughout the day, participants will work on interpreting findings and carrying out scene examination, fostering a critical perspective that makes it possible to reconstruct what happened beyond appearances. This event represents an exceptional opportunity for prospective students of criminal investigation and forensic analysis to experience the reality of the profession in a realistic simulated environment. Participation is open to anyone who wishes to step into the role of a criminalist for a day, with limited places available until full capacity is reached.
