Business
She holds a degree in Translation and Interpreting (English/Chinese) and in East Asian Studies from the Autonomous University of Barcelona. She spent a long period living in China, first as an exchange student in Tianjin and then as an ICO intern in Beijing. She later worked at the Spanish Pavilion during the 2010 Shanghai Expo and subsequently focused on Asian market development for several Spanish companies. She has also worked in the field of teaching, as a Chinese teacher at the Confucius Institute in Barcelona, and as a teacher of English and Catalan at secondary school level.
As a literary translator, she has translated several works from Chinese into Spanish and Catalan as part of translation projects funded by both the Chinese government and the Government of Catalonia. She currently combines literary translation with teaching and interpreting Chinese.
