I hold two PhDs in organisational, industrial and social psychology, as well as a Master’s degree in General Psychology. I have 14 years’ teaching experience at national and international level in a range of subjects, primarily Leadership, Business Management, Strategic Marketing, Strategic Management, Industrial and Organisational Behaviour, Research Methodology and Statistical Analysis.
I have published 49 research articles on organisational behaviour, leadership and management in scientific journals and at international conferences. In addition, I have eight years’ experience leading academic departments at higher education institutions as a director.
I am the author of five books on motivation and personal empowerment.
