Crespo, who holds a PhD in Occupational and Organisational Psychology and is an ANECA-accredited Associate Professor, has combined research with managerial experience in Human Resources for over twenty years.
He has led organisational transformations, talent strategies and change projects in demanding contexts, combining vision, method and sensitivity towards people. A member of the IAAP and the EAWOP, he participates in international academic networks that drive the evolution of work and organisational psychology.
