She holds a PhD in Psychology and is a lecturer at the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona (UAB), on the Fundació UAB (FUAB)’s international Study Abroad programmes, and at Eserp Business & Law School. Her teaching and research focus on the psychology of communication, human behaviour, prosocial leadership and educational innovation. She also takes part in research projects and international collaborations, and promotes rigorous training based on scientific evidence and geared towards its application in the professional sphere.
